Navigating Needs is a
disability-inclusive education
and support organization
dedicated to
empowering neurodivergent families,
and the communities around them.
We provide
behavior coaching
sensory-informed workshops
and community-based learning
that honors every
learner’s unique path.
Through strength-based strategies
and inclusive programming,
we help individuals thrive
in school, at home, and in life.
Our mission is to promote accessibility,
celebrate neurodiversity,
and guide families
in navigating developmental needs
with confidence and care.

Miss Shine’s private support sessions provide personalized guidance grounded in real-life solutions, sensory awareness, and a compassionate understanding of family dynamics, especially for families feeling overwhelmed or lost in disability systems.
Progress happens best when everyone feels safe, seen, and supported.

We will discuss practical strategies that help the whole village move forward with more confidence so everyone
can thrive at school, at home, and in everyday life.
